1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 98pkr. By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 98pkr platform – including the website, mobile browser experience, sports betting, Casino, Slots, Fish Games and any other services – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 98pkr. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of 98pkr after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 98pkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made using the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, and eligible debit or credit cards.

Deposits are credited to your 98pkr account balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this is near-instant, but processing delays from the payment provider are outside 98pkr's control.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
• 98pkr does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of account holders.
• Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the originating payment method.

5. Withdrawals

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98pkr. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools designed to place bets or interact with the platform without manual player input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed exploit may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.

• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent.
